01. Governance

REGULATORY ALIGNMENT

LabSolutionHub operates as a specialized laboratory management agency within the Danish biotech ecosystem. By accessing our digital infrastructure or engaging our consulting services, you enter into a binding logistical agreement governed by the laws of Denmark and the operational standards of the Danish Working Environment Authority (Arbejdstilsynet).

[TERM-001]

The Agency

Refers to LabSolutionHub, the coordinating body responsible for laboratory hub management, technical consulting, and facility stewardship across Danish biotech properties.

[TERM-002]

Scientific Hub

A physical laboratory facility managed by the Agency, including shared research equipment, sterile environments (BSL-1/BSL-2), and technical storage infrastructure.

[TERM-003]

Hub Resident

Any entity, researcher, or biotech organization entering into a management sub-agreement for the use of hub facilities or strategic agency services.

Operational Compliance

02. Access and Stewardship

Residents and visitors are obligated to maintain the integrity of the hub's "Harbor Log" system. All technical interactions within the laboratory environment must be recorded according to our localized safety protocols. Unauthorized modification of facility calibrations or shared scientific hardware is strictly prohibited.

Environmental Standards Compliance with Danish BSL-1/BSL-2 regulations is non-negotiable. Residents must disclose all biological agents introduced to the facility.

Equipment Integrity Shared autoclaves, centrifuges, and cryogenic storage units are to be used only by personnel who have completed the Agency's technical induction.

03. Intellectual Property

While LabSolutionHub provides the stewardship and physical infrastructure, all research outcomes, molecular discoveries, and proprietary methodologies generated by Residents remain their exclusive property. The Agency maintains zero claim over scientific IP developed within our hubs.

Note: The LabSolutionHub name, wordmark, and hub management software remain the property of the Agency.

Honest Limits of Stewardship

Exit Protocols

Contract Termination

Agreements may be terminated by either party with a ninety (90) day notice period. Immediate termination occurs upon critical safety violations or environmental non-compliance as defined by Danish law.

Dispute Resolution

Any conflict arising from hub management will first be addressed through technical arbitration in Copenhagen. The courts of Denmark maintain exclusive jurisdiction over unresolved legal matters.

Emergency Contact

In the event of a facility failure or regulatory breach, the Hub Harbor Master must be notified immediately at the specialized Danish response line.
